Placing an order

PetzPaws uses only secured credit card transactions via our website. We make every effort to maintain inventory to fill orders as quickly as possible, however, occasionally an item(s) might make too many tails wag and result in a backorder. PetzPaws will ship dinnerware when the complete purchase is filled, otherwise, for apparel we’ll ship once items become available. Please understand that when we introduce a hot item every dog needs, it may take 60 days or longer to become available for shipment.

Canceling An Order

We know pets aren’t known for patience. So, we process orders immediately after they are placed, and we may not be able to modify or cancel your order. Please contact us at customerservice@petzpaws.com.

Sales Tax

Pets don’t have to pay taxes. But PetzPaws is required by law to charge appropriate sales tax for orders that ship to addresses within the state of Michigan. Michigan sales tax 6%.

Shipping Your Order

PetzPaws has partnered with FedEx, UPS, and USPS to provide a reliable and cost-effective shipping option. All in-stock orders are sent out within 1-3 business days after credit card approval. Once PetzPaws ships your order you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. We are unable to ship to PO BOX, APO and FPO addresses at this time.

Ground Shipping - delivery within 1 to 6 business days depending on location. Within the continental US, standard FedEx ground charges will apply.

International shipping – Overseas dogs, please contact us on international orders. Any taxes or duties on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. If your order was shipped incorrectly or any other problem occurred, please contact us.

Damaged/Defective Product

Any product (exclude pet dinnerware) that is received with defect in material or workmanship may be returned for exchange within 3 days of receipt. Please return the item in its original unused condition and in the original packaging. Please contact customer service prior to returning. A replacement will be shipped out immediately. Any product that is received with visible damage must be noted by the delivery service upon receipt. Any concealed damage must be reported to our customer service department within 3 days of receipt.

We cannot accept returns for any reason without a Return Authorization issued by our customer service department. All returns for reason other than defect or damage are subject to a 19% restocking fee plus all freight charges. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that is caused by you or an animal companion to any product. We cannot honor return or exchange for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original, new condition.

Pet Dinnerware has a lifetime manufacturing defect warranty.  Otherwise the 'Damaged/Defective Product remains consistent with pet dinnerware.

PetzPaws warrants to the original purchaser all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. No warranty is given or implied for durability of use or longevity as use conditions vary greatly. PetzPaws shall be held harmless from all damages and injury resulting from the use of our products.

When they work you like a dog, from time to time there may be information on our Website or in our catalog that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. PetzPaws reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
